Counselling can help by providing a safe, confidential environment for you to express and understand things on your mind. Perhaps worrying you, hurting you, or distressing you.
When words are put to thoughts and feelings, they can feel less hopeless, less over whelming and less frightening.
You will have the opportunity to increase your self- awareness and find alternatives and options which enable you to move on.
Esther Fairfax offers a listening, caring and supportive approach. |
